​Conduct Smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, and pets are not permitted in the facility. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the facility without refund and permanent loss of booking privileges.

Access Your session begins and ends at the time listed in your reservation, including pack-in and pack-out. Access outside your booked window is not permitted. Sessions extending beyond the reserved time will incur additional charges. Access codes and entry credentials may not be shared with others. Guests 15 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of their session. Guests ages 16–17 may book unattended with a signed parental waiver on file prior to their first session.

 

Responsibility The person booking the room is responsible for the conduct of their entire group. Guests agree to reimburse Treasure Valley Rehearsal Studios for the repair or replacement cost of any damaged property. Treasure Valley Rehearsal Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Security The facility uses security cameras for safety and property protection.

Cancellations Cancel 24 hours or more before your reservation and receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a credit toward a future session. No-shows will not be refunded or credited.
